Summer was hot in DC. Despite the heat—or maybe because of it—I've been staying busy preparing for what autumn has in store. That includes monitoring ongoing projects that ANC 1C has advised on, as well as election day: I'm excited to share that I'm running for a third term to represent ANC 1C03 in Adams Morgan.
Election season is a good time to chat with neighbors and learn what's working and what needs to be fixed in local government. I try to do this regularly and plan on continuing voter outreach through November 5 and beyond. If we haven't spoken recently, send me a message and let me know what's on your mind. Complaints are welcome, but I'm especially interested in hearing some of the positive things going on!
Speaking of complaints: if you've recently tried accessing the official ANC 1C website but something looked off, you're not alone. Due to unexpected software changes, we've been having some backend issues with the website's content management system. If you or someone you know if able to help, please let me know.
Now let's look back at August 2024, preview September 2024, meet our organization + business in focus, and see this month's video briefing.
