Summer 2022 has officially ended. But the hard work continues, and with it comes steady progress.
One key development I'm happy to share is that DDOT has officially moved forward with converting the 1800 blocks of Kalorama Rd and Wyoming Ave into one-ways streets with speed bumps and contraflow bike lanes. This comes from months of effort on my part following previous labor from neighbors who have advocated for this change.
As the process advances, please feel free to contact me with any outstanding questions you may have. Pedestrian and traffic safety is the top issue I've heard about from constituents, so I'm very happy to see this conversion come to fruition.
Now let's recap September 2022, look ahead to October 2022, meet our resident + business in focus, and see this month's video briefing.
